Girl Describes How Her Father Opened Fire

Seniqua Thomas, a 12-year-old girl, and her older sister testified in court  on how their father opened fire in their Memphis home. According to the Snowden School 7th grader, as her dad was chasing her mom, Tiffany Thomas 40 years old, she didn’t hear her father say anything but she indeed heard some gunshots.

Seniqua said her parents were always quarrelling and were living apart. Her father, Frederick Thomas, dropped by in their home in November 8, 2011 and there had been an argument with her mom. Seniqua and her older sister Jamaica recalled how they tried to escape as fast as they could as their father opened fire.

Seniqua said the next time she saw her mother was at the funeral.
