Man Charged with Reckless Driving for Crash That Killed Six People

The Pennsylvania truck driver who was involved in a chain-reaction crash that killed six people last summer has been charged with reckless driving.

James A. Mills Jr., 45, of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, pleaded not guilty to the charges against him Tuesday night in Antwerp Town Court. Mills also pleaded not guilty to several traffic infractions.

A woman and her two daughters, the woman’s mother-in-law and a teenage friend of the daughters were killed during the accident along with a 59-year-old woman driving another vehicle.
