Colorado Rockies Co-Owner Facing DUI Charges

Colorado Rockies co-owner Charlie Monfort pleaded guilty to DUI of alcohol on Friday. He was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation, 120 hours of community service and 45 days of electronic home monitoring. Monfort is also required to use a device used to monitor alcohol called SoberLink for 135 days.

Monfort was arrested last November for driving with an alcohol level of more than three times the legal limit. Apparently this isn’t his first DUI encounter, he was also arrested for DUI in 1999.
