Last November, Colorado Rockies co-cowner, Charlie Monfort, was arrested in Windsor for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Monfort had to face the consequences of his actions when he pleaded guilty in court.
The Windsor police department says he was pulled over and found to be driving with a breath alcohol concentration level more than double the legal limit. He was consequently sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
He and his brother Dick have owned the Rockies since 1992.
